Free Glass Cutting Clinic
Instructor: Kathy Maluy
Tuition: FREE (about 1/2 Hour long)
Schedule: Usually held Saturdays and starts at 11:00am.
Course Description: Learn to “cut” glass using a glass cutter! In actuality you don’t really cut glass but rather you’ll learn the correct way to score glass with a glass cutter and how to snap the pieces apart safely. An excellent “headstart” introduction for those about to start classes in stained glass or fusible glass (either here at Kat’s or at one of the local schools). Especially helpful for those glass students who have some previous experience working with stained glass or fusible glass but never felt secure and confident when scoring and running glass.

Stained Glass - Copper Foil Technique
Instructor: Kathy Maluy
Tuition: $95.00 plus the cost of your own tools & supplies (5 Sessions @ 2 1/2 Hours Each)
Schedule: Classes are usually held Wednesday or Thursday evenings. Class size is limited to 6 students, and each student has their own workbench and use of all shop tools including grinders and saws.
Course Description: Learn basic stained glass construction using the Copper Foil Technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. Kat’s students also get 10% off all stained glass supplies and handtools.

Stained Glass - Lead Came Technique
Instructor: Kathy Maluy
